The mission of the BCL is to bring a high level of professional baseball and affordable family entertainment to selected communities not presently being served by Nippon Professional Baseball(NPB), Major League teams.
Over the past four years, the BCL have worked hard in the community to bring smiles to the faces of many thankful individuals. The BCL will allow communities to experience the wonder of Japan's pastime and give children of all ages their first exposure to the great game of professional baseball. Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up watching professional baseball. The BCL will be profitable and stable. Our teams will play in fan-friendly facilities that will provide a fun and safe environment for families. Players will be well integrated into the community and will spend time at schools, camps, business, and local events. With the League's support and encouragement, players will be given the opportunity to improve their skills and move up to NPB organizations.
